At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease.  Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

I am a big fan of your establishment and have brought my kids for all their haircuts. Today, I just felt like the hair stylist did not openly discuss or provide much insight at all into what her plans were for style of cut. I intervened multiple times to make my suggestions, without prompt. Also, I had asked her to cut 3 inches off and maintaining a length of at least 1 1/2 in below shoulder. My daughters hair is resting on her shoulder/slightly above.

Usually we come here and it’s a great experience. Unfortunately we got a new lady today, I’m not sure but I think it was Maria or something, and this time around it was not good. She was forceful, impatient and a little rough. She left quite a few cuts on the back of my sons neck. I feel terrible because he kept telling her “ouch” and “that hurts” and she was still forceful. I’d like her to realize that she’s working with kids and to be more gentle. I think next time I’m going to request one of the other girls who usually work on his hair.

I booked my appointment online. I received an appointment confirmation via email. When I showed up for my appointment, on time, I was told that I was not on the schedule. If you are requiring people to book their appointments and follow up with a separate “text” confirmation- you should probably share that information somewhere. It would have been helpful to understand what you are requiring from your clients before I showed up and was told my appointments were not booked. A good place for this information would perhaps be in the appointment confirmation email that you send out that mentions NOTHING about you canceling someone’s booking if they don’t text you. Your protocol is unclear, unprofessional, and not appreciated.

Each haircut I have had my son get at this establishment has been completed by the same person. Both times I noticed it was not cut evenly. He has longer pieces around his neck. It looks choppy and incomplete. Yes better than a home haircut but the service provided was less than acceptable. The first time I chalked it up to a busy day in the shop. The second time-it was noted that she was in a hurry to get home. My son has sat both times incredibly compliant to there has been no reason to have the errors the second time. She was not friendly. Nonetheless the lady that cut my husband’s hair while my son’s hair was being completed was phenomenal!!

Hair dresser seemed stressed and kept trying to tell a 3 year old to do things that he doesn’t understand. Ultimately she made my son cry. Her frustration was clearly visible. Felt rushed even though we had an appointment

To be honest, kids haircut should not cost $28.00. The tv’s we’re not even working.

We hire the best kid's stylists which is a process and includes $5K signing bonuses in the current economic environment and is then reflected in our price. With that said, we have many options to save which can be found on our our app and includes a prepaid card where you can save $4.00 per KidsCut. We apologize fo the tv issue as there was an internet outage periocically yesterday. Thank you again.
