At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease.  Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

We've been to Cookie Cutters several times. This time was very disappointing. I had made the appointment several weeks in advance to be prepared for my son's school pictures. We took him in and explained to the stylist exactly what we wanted. We wanted the sides not too short with the fade right about his ears. The stylist acted like she understood and then did exactly what we didnt want. His hair is so short, you can see his scalp. The fade is to the top of his head. So disappointed he will have this haircut for his pictures. I wish the stylist would have taken her time to really understand what we were saying instead of just agreeing and clearly not listening. Don't think we'll be coming back after this!

Chairs were not clean- the play yard had hair all over it. Wasn't as nice as last time we were in.

Nice hairstylist. No complaints about the cut. However, we had to wait 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, which is ridiculous and dampened the evening.

Thank you for your feedback. Our stylists do work very hard to stay on time for our guests but we work within "Kid's Standard Time" which means some services can take longer than expected even when we long longer for children who do not like haircuts. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We had an appointment at 9am (first one of the day) and walked in the door at 9:02, then had to wait an extra 15 minutes because they served someone else before us. What’s the point of a reservation system if it becomes a free for all from the first appointment? People should have the leeway of a couple minutes to get in the door. I understand this place is busy, but they have a strict reservation/cancellation policy and need to provide the same reservation courtesy to their customers. There aren’t many great kid haircut places around otherwise I wouldn’t come here.

The stylist cut it much shorter than I requested. While I struggled to verbalize the desired style I used the term “not too short” “we like longer hair styles” “his dad prefers long hair” she didn’t listen. This is my first boy and even 3 years in I’m not sure how to get his cut in the manner needed. I’ll be going back to this location, but will not be using that employee again.

There was a family of 8 for baby’s first cut. That is excessive even in non pandemic times. The kids will have other haircuts I’m sure,
