I am very disappointed and frustrated that none of the staff wear masks, yet most customers including 5 year old kids who are coming for their haircuts are wearing their masks. The hairdresser cutting my child's hair had her face very close to my son's for a good portion, and would even remove his mask on one side to cut near the ears -- all while having her face a few inches from my child's nose. During Covid and with the rise of the delta variant, and with kids this age not having a vaccine available yet, this behavior is tremendously disrespectful, irresponsible, and inconsiderate. Unless staff show that they can follow basic best practices to keep children safe, I won't be bringing my child for haircuts here again.

I understand and my son was complicated due to him crying but I thought I was bringing him to a place that could deal with that but I looks like a haircut I could’ve done at home with him crying the way he was the sides are not completely cleaned up there’s still hair over ears and I got charged 20 almost $25 for that we got there around three literally but it took 10 minutes to do what she did I did not want to say anything at the store but I am very disappointment

My sons haircut from here was awful! Normally it looks good but there was something seriously wrong with this one. We didn’t realize it until the gel came out. Now we need to take him somewhere else to correct it and that’s ridiculous.

I was really disappointed. I was there early and then waited 10 minutes passed my appointment time. This was our first experience and first haircut ever and it felt really rushed I think she spent a total of 15 minutes on our my daughters hair. We were put in a tiny car in the back of the room. I had to ask for a balloon and was not offered on. The stylist was very friendly and great with my daughter. I feel like she was probably new. So I don’t think it was totally her fault that my experience overall was bad.

I usually don’t write reside but today I feel that my voice may be heard. I went to cookie cutters salon since my son first haircut, I always had a great experience until today. Unfortunately the Hairstylis we used to work no longer is there, so we had our first time with Carly. She went straight to business showing a little interaction with my son. I am saying that because they are in kids world, so they should know that kids like to talk and like to feel special. But let’s go to the most important part, the hair cut. My son’s hair is very straight so you clearly can see how uneven his hair is. Some part of his hair is long some is too short, the bangs seems like a zigzag that was cut by a five year old. I am glad hair grows back, but until then I will have to gel up for don’t see the unprofessional hair. Besides that she did not even trimmed the parts need to be trimmed. I tried to show her some parts that was obviously missed and see if she could fixed, but she twisted her nose, so I thought is better be the way it is, this way she would not damage more my son’s hair. I am so disappointed with this service.
