At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease.  Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

We were charged no show today. However, the original appointment Was last saturday which was cancelled because non availability of staff. This is really bad customer experience in my Opinion. We requested several times for taking us but they didnt. We were only 5 min late

This happens from time to time on the side of caution so our salon is safe for our customers. We also have a strict 5 minute grace period for appointments so we may stay on time for our guests. I was upset to be charged an extra $15 without being told while my daughter was getting her hair done it would be extra because of the time. They ran late and then charged me extra. I should of been told it was extra by stylist while she was doing my daughters hair, instead of bring surprised at register.Very bad experience and horrible business practice. I will not be coming back since a 28.00 haircut turned into $43.00. Very disappointed

Thank you for letting us know about your service. We do charge extra for time spent on tangle work since this can take significant time which is not part of the basic KidsCut. With that said, you should have been consulted regarding the issue as soon as they started the service. We are training new staff and that could have been a factor in the lack of communication. The beautician didn’t sanitized the place and we are really upset with the service done today. They didn’t greet us well. The beautician did well for the customer before us. But she(Maria) didn’t even want to put the blowers after hair cut. She was doing hair cut in a hasty manner. I am not gonna recommend this place or cookie cutters to my friends anymore. Thanks!!

We come here every couple of month and today we had the worst experience. The stylist cut my son’s ear bleed while tapering around his ear. He wasn’t even moving. The stylist just seemed not paying much attending while cutting his hair to start with but cut a 4.5 year old bleed just shows how poorly trained she is.

I was told beforehand that this location would have everything available to blow dry and style my child's hair. When I got there she was taken to a plastic table with no mirror. NO BRUSH TO BLOW DRY HER! Not even the product to add and protect her hair from heat. I had to go to my car and bring in my stuff from home. How embarrassing! And the audacity the Mamager there to call me Lisa, stated that I didn't tip well for the visit. She was asking for more! She said $5 wasn't enough and if there was a problem I could've gone back. This is a disaster!!
