I booked online with a specific stylist and when I got there, that stylist was not who cut my son's hair. I was told after the fact when I asked that the stylist I booked with was out sick. It was my son's first haircut and I wanted to have someone cutting that I had experience with and confidence in. I should have been notified the stylist was out sick. The haircut my son received was mediocre at best, and no attempt was made at making him feel at ease. She barely even spoke to my son. That was my last visit to your salon.

My daughter has had her hair cut there a few times and it has been ok. This time the woman who cut her hair did a horrible job. My daughter has curly hair and the woman cut her sides about 2-3 inches shorter than the rest of her hair which she now has big puffs on the sides of her head, she cut one side much shorter than the other. This woman was having a bad day or just graduated from beauty school. AWFUL hair cut...thankful for ponytails because that is all we can do until it grows out!

Booked an appointment 5 days in advance. Showed up a few minutes early. Two stylists were there and working with clients. The stylist I was booked with completed her clients and started cleaning up a few minutes past our appointment time. In walks another client who said she was booked with that stylist as well, for an appointment after ours. That stylist walks over and takes this other client before her appoinment time, leaving me waiting well after our appointment. I speak to the lady at the desk and she points to the second stylist and says that one is almost done, I reiterated I had an appointment with the stylist who just took another client and she just shrugged. The second stylist took another 20 minutes to finish. By the time my son got in the chair, the stylist I actually had an appointment with was nearly done with the other child. It was very unprofessional, and definitely not a mix up because they could have easily corrected the moment I said something because I had been waiting for 20 mins already & she hadn't even sat the other kid down. Taking an hour on a slow day to get an over-priced mediocre haircut because they don't honor appointments is ridiculous.
