The staff is amazing. They make my toddler feel comfortable to get his hair cut. (If you know toddlers they want to be Into everything) he will sit still and get buzzed. It’s amazing. Staff communicates very well. Helps you decide on cuts and follows directions. Would recommend to anyone with a difficult or special needs child. This would be a win for them.

We had Megan this time and she was amazing! She was so great with our son, cutting kids hair is not easy and she kept him calm and was very interactive. The cut was wonderful, we will definitely be back to see her.

Megan is great and keeps us coming back! Zero complaints—only praise for the friendly and quality service she provides. The online booking system however could use some work. It is quite cumbersome and makes it difficult to see what times are available on any chosen day. Also does not allow you to manage your appointments to view or cancel online.

We absolutely love going to Cookie Cutters. It's our little ones 3rd haircut and everytime Megan knows exactly how to make him feel comfortable. It has been such a positive experience everytime we go there and we are so thankful to have a place like this.
