Our favorite stylist is no longer available. She always did a great job. I was not notified that my preferred stylist was not available, nor did I get a say if I was OK with another stylist, or if I had a secondary preferred stylist. The stylist that did do my son’s hair did a good job, but I am concerned that there were a few times she was watching the TV while snipping my son’s hair. The stylist we had today did a fantastic job, and I think she is now my preferred stylist since my other favorite stylist is no longer there.

We always enjoy coming to Cookie Cutters -West Chester. Jamie is very friendly and my kids love having her cut their hair. My daughter loves when Jamie puts something special in her hair at the end of her trim; today it was a clip with a blue braid attached and it made her whole day!
