My husband took my 12 year old son in for a haircut. My son has gone inside on his own on more than one occasion and we have never had an issue until today. After over 30 minutes of waiting, my husband went inside. My son was still waiting in the lobby to have his haircut. My son was not greeted by an employee or checked in. The cashier and several stylists were congregated in a corner and socializing. It wasnt until my husband started questioning ehy my son hadnt had his haircut yet, that the stylist was all of a sudden available even though she had been socializing. The cashier told my husband that she could not schedule another appointment for my son for four weeks out, even though we have done this is the past. When my husband inquired to how much money we had left on our account from the prepaid package deal, the employee told him that he had like 5 or 6 more cuts available for my son (which I'm pretty sure is not accurate). My husband was so upset at the lack of professionalism and service, that he was willing to take all of our business elsewhere. We love Jamie, and she wasn't working tonight, nor did she have an available appointment for awhile, but if this is how the other staff are going to run the business on a daily basis, it isn't worth my time or money to continue going here.

Rude rushed and mediocre

Hello, Tracey who cut my sons hair did a very good job on his haircut, however, at the end of his haircut unbuttoned the cape and the hair went all over my son. He had hair everywhere. As I explained to her that it was extremely rude to do this to a child she reacted that she did her best to provide a good haircut. As I explained she did do a good job on the haircut I also went on to say that you dumped all the hair on to his clothes. She explained she was never taught not to do this. This has happened more than one time by your employees. As for all the other children and my son as well, you have some extremely rude employees and they also look terrible in their appearance. It seems for $22 your staff would look more professional and especially act professional. We will not be back. I also have pictures and I would also like to speak to a manager. I do have an email on file and will reach out. Thank you, Maggie
