Regret buying the prepaid card because they never listen to what I ask for and end up cutting it wrong. Will not go back here!

The hair stylist was not even talking to my kid when he was trying to communicate also hair cut was not to my expectation

I paid for my son to get a cut and shampoo thinking it would be a cool little pampering for him and some one on one attention for him since he just became a big brother and has been doing so well with sharing mom and dads attention. As he was getting his hair cut it felt like the attention was not on him and it felt rushed as if it was her last thing she had to do for the day before she got to go home and just didn’t care anymore about her performance. After getting his hair shampooed she ran the towel through his hair for two seconds and left his hair still wet. Didn’t put a comb through it or try and get any of the hair off of his clothes or neck. I’m honestly really disappointed with the cut, the service, and the experience for my son.

Juana cut my sons hair. She was very rude and wouldnt not even turn the tv up for him. He was told he wasnt allowed to pick where he wanted to sit. When we got to the seat where he was told he had to sit it was covered in hair and so was the floor. She made no attempt to clean it up and made my child sit in a dirty chair. We drive 40 minutes to get his hair cut so it can be an enjoyable experience but I was extremely dissatisfied with our visit this time and not sure if I will bring my children back

All we wanted was a trim for his picture day and she cut it short. Megan always listens and does what we ask. Unfortunately she wasn’t there to schedule an appt. We won’t make that mistake again. Maybe talk to Misty about doing what was asked and not what she thinks is best

Service was horrible, why your employees look so miserable; not a single smile on their face?! I always use please and thank you so as my kiddos. Do they know they work in a service industry environment where smiling and being polite goes a long way. I still gave over 20% tip and paid in cash per my principles even though it was deserved. I'll look for another location that can treat me with dignity and respect.
