We normally love coming to cookie cutters because they're usually great with my toddlers. But tonight the woman who cut their hair was rude, impatient and rough with my children. To be fair, the hair cuts are not bad. But her personality definitely was.

We were harassed about being 10 min late when the story was completely empty. I’m not at all happy with my daughters hair cut. It was going well until the hair dresser cut her bangs. She did a terrible job and messed up the rest of her hair cut by combing all of her hair forward and cutting it all as if it was all her bangs. I’m not sure why she is even bothered to cut the rest when she undid it all by cutting all of it together with her bangs. I’m so upset. I feel like it will take 2-3 hairs cuts to undo the damage. 513-600-8478

His hair was cut way too short! What's the point of asking me how I want it if they're going to do what they want? I even showed a picture and wasn't even close. I left almost in tears about it. It's so frustrating to not be listened to. I feel like the staff only know how to cut like 3 boy cuts and what ever comes close to what you say they cut it that way. Listen to your clients! I shouldn't have even paid for it but I did.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I made an appointment knowing that it was back to school week and was going to be busy. 1045am was my appointment time, I got there early so my son (2y)could play before having to sit in a chair. Tracy called for him 3mins after checking in. Witch I was happy about just long enough for him to play. Tracy had what I wanted do. I told her to trim it up. I was not ready for it all to go. She didn't offer to change the TV for him to something he would like. PJ mask was on and he is too young for that. She started cutting his bangs. Tracy since to be very stressed that my son was not sitting very well. Keep asking me to help witch was fine but got more stress though out the time. At the end of the hair cut his bangs are very short aren't even at all. His ears don't match. She didn't ask if it looks okay. She just got him out clean up and out of the chair. I want to pay. The lady at check out didn't ask how was it just told me my total and wassince too busy cleaning up water from her drink cup. I got out of the store and started to cry . I brought my son here hoping someone would take thier time and cutting it right so he would look cute for a family party this weekend. But I was wrong. Don't believe I will be returning any time soon with any of my kids.

I have brought my son here a few times before and have never had such an awful experience. His hair is still quite too long. The woman was trying to tighten the belt on the car way too tight. He was uncooperative, however has been every time we have been there. The women we have seen in the past have had no issue working with him but this one did. I’ll have to think again before driving the distance I do to bring him here.

Scheduled my appointment online for 11:30, got a confirmation for 11:30 and when I got there the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment and then said it showed for 11:45. I had to wait longer and I showed her my confirmation on my phone and she couldn’t explain to me how her system showed another time. They messed up and instead of apologizing the women behind the desk(Theresa) was very rude and even had an attitude towards me when I checked out. It’s definitely not worth the overall experience to drive all the way out there if I can go anywhere to get my some hair cut. He enjoys the cars to sit it but if that’s how your treated for their mess up then I’ll choose service elsewhere! Definitely don’t recommend if the person at the counter can’t even be nice and apologetic towards an issue that happened on their end!
