I would visit the salon again but not see the same employee. Not very friendly. Didn’t greet us. Did not speak much or at a volume I could understand. My son’s hates having his hair cut and cried the entire time, which I expected. However, his hair is butchered. Shorter than I asked and uneven.

This was my 4th time bringing my son to get his haircut and I usually see alysha(sp?)which does well and is patient, Today I went to someone new and she seemed to be annoyed the entire time and seemed agitated that my son was upset, also I had previously been told that his usual haircut notes are in the system so I know when I come in what to tell them to do. She proceeded to look confused and act annoyed that I didn’t know what level clipper guard I wanted to use on his haircut and proceeded to give him a haircut and cut his bangs very short and choppy and straight across which was not what was asked for. I’m very disappointed on the attitude and handling of my child and will probably not return.

This is 3rd or 4th time in a row that we were called back at least 10 minutes after our appointment time. No apologies or anything from staff. When checking out, cashier was not friendly and took forever to complete transaction. We will not be back.

We waited 30+ mins for our appointment. We got to our appointment early because we were once about 10 mins late and were told they had cancelled our appointment due to the fact that we were late. The policy sign also denoted that if we had more than three appointments cancelled due to the fact we were late, we would be unable to come to Cookie Cutters anymore. However, when we showed up at 2:40 for our 2:45 appointment and we’re not called back until 3:10. Seems inconsistent that we have to stress our appointment time and be 100% on time or we will be penalized, but if we are on time and even early, there is nothing that says we will be seen in a timely fashion. The manager on duty while we were there was very demeaning to the front desk guy who seemed to be newer. She spoke down to him the whole time we were there. My kids were fine with playing the video game while they waited, but it was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating for the parents. Not a good experience at all.

The hair stylist did not introduce herself and barely said a word the whole time. She did not seem happy to be working there and barely interacted with my child. She doesn’t have the personality to be working with kids. When my child was getting upset instead of stopping to calm him down she just kept going. She mostly did what I asked but didn’t clean it up behind the ears/back of the head and took. A good chunk off the top which looks funny. I will be waiting for the First Lady we went to, Trisha from now on. She did a much better job with a great personality.
