The person that cut my daughter’s hair was very uninterested and didn’t interact with her at all. Several times I caught her watching the tv instead of paying attention to what she was suppose to be doing.

Very upset. We booked online and ordered a first haircut package. We paid for the first haircut package. We did NOT receive it. He did get his hair cut but we did not get the lock off hair or the picture!

We make appointments with a particular person and they do not follow through with that. They give you whoever is around when you arrive. I purposely pick who I make appointments with certain people because some are better than others. Overall a disappointing experience.

The front of Asher’s hair was very uneven. She never asked me to check if he looked good and just said that he did so I trusted her. I don’t have a picture because I used my own bang scissors to (mostly) fix the issue once we got home. He sat very well while she did the front.

After getting jacks first haircut here, I was super happy with the experience and cut so I booked here again. Unfortunately, my experience this time was not the same. Our stylist was much less patient wanting me to hold his arms down instead of just going with his movements like the first stylist. She seemed irritated when I didn’t really want to. Also, she asked if I wanted the clippers this time, and I said no because he still has baby curly hair. She still got out the clippers and when I said no I don’t want it buzzed, she said no just around the ears and buzzed his hair anyways!!! Of course as soon as she put it to his head he moved and now he has a funny mark right next to his ear for his one year old pics tomorrow!! I wish there was a way to pick your stylist.
