Megan was absolutely wonderful with my son! We struggle so badly to get anyone to work with him because he has Autism and sensory processing disorder, but she encouraged him to sit on his own and walked him through every step! The receptionist, however, was incredibly rude and I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the second we walked in the door. Very unprofessional and even more hostile environment, which is incredibly upsetting considering it’s supposed to be a family environment, and you’re working with children. If there was another receptionist I would 110% recommend this to everyone!

my appointment time was at 345pm. we arrived a little after 330pm. people were coming in after us and were called back before we were. we did not get called back until almost 405pm. i have never had to wait that long when i had an appointment. i had to ask when we were getting called and was told we were next and we were not next someone else was called before us again and i did not pick a specific stylist. it didnt matter to me who we got. not sure if i am going to use this place again.

I am very happy with the haircut Gus received but I definitely felt a lack of warmth from the staff there. The place felt like a factory churning kids out as quickly as possible. I have no idea what the name of our stylist was because she never introduced herself to us. She did warm up throughout the haircut but I was disappointment by how things started as this was Gus' first time getting his haircut in a real salon. I work with kids as a children's librarian so I know how important it is to be greeted by a friendly face in a new environment. I think we will probably come back one more time and see if we have a more friendly experience as I certainly know people can have off days.

I booked appointment with some one and the receptionist booked with another and as I there I have to go with another hairstylist for my son.. This is very bad

Overall it was ok. The girl didn't hardly spoke to me or Jaxon Al all. It can be very rush rush, would like if they slowed down just a little to make it more personal.

Not complaining who did the haircut, but Myranda who asked for help the other lady refused to help her. Nice if the others person who jumped in and helped Myranda. Not happy and satisfied with today’s visit
