The lady who cut my daughters hair was not the nicest in the world, which is fine. My problem was that she had her nose sticking out of her facemask, ineffective. The lady who cut my sons hair was amazing! Absolutely amazing. I think her name is Megan. He was a screamer (under 2) and was super patient and the cut looks GREAT!

Arrived before appointment time. Didn't get cut until 30 mins after appointment time. People who came in after us got cut ahead of us. Even though we were on time for our appointment

Overall, the salon is a decent place to take the kids for a hair cut. I do wish there was more room in the waiting area. Mostly, I wish the stylists were more kid friendly. We have been twice now and neither stylists offered so much as a smile to my girls.

My appointment was at 6:00 and I wasn’t able to get serviced until 6:24. Understaffed maybe? However, Trisha was amazing and patient with my son. Listened to how he wanted his hair cut and styled.

Always a great experience for my son at cookie cutters. He enjoys haircut at this salon . More weekend appointments should be available.

The stylist was great with both my kids. However, there were older kids (probably ten or eleven) running around and jumping on the slide while little kids were trying to play. It would have been nice if the receptionist would have said something to the older kids since the parents were obviously not willing to correct their kids. My son who is 18 months was almost knocked over by one of the kids jumping off the ramp to get to the slide.
