Trisha was awesome. But the host was off.... this was out 1st hair cut. She wasn't going to give us a certificate. She didn't do a picture. I asked for Trishas card she just gave me a blank business card. She was not good at all .... and looked at me like I was stupid when I had to ask for everything ...

This is the first time I did not book appointments for my kids. When I arrived here, I was told there was an hour wait because only 1 stylist was working and 3 others were "on break." There were at least a dozen kids waiting before mine. We were told the stylists would be back at 1:30, yet 15 minutes later, 9nly 1 stylist remained. Very unprofessional way to run a business. To top it off, we were skipped our place in line. The cuts were great, but the overall experience today was awful. Not going back.

My son’s hair looks great, but I really just can’t get past how dirty and rundown the place was. It is such a shame that such a good business idea, with good stylists is ruined by a gross environment. The play area was literally covered in hair and dirt, walls dirty, toys old. A touch of paint and a deep cleaning would really improve this place. What sets this place apart is the appeal to kids and with that being said, the area for kids should at least be clean.

No masks in place although they are working with unvaccinated population. Not a real greeting and not very nice manners from the front desk lady. The stylist was good and his heat looks great but not an effort to protect his health by wearing a mask.

The young girl at the main counter was not very friendly and spent her time helping me check out on her cell phone. She informed me the punch loyalty cards are no longer used but didn’t bother telling me about the digital program that I saw in the app. The hairdresser gave good advice about my little boys hair and gave him a decent cut!
