Looks like it was overbooked as there was lot of crowd and we had wait more than usual. Also, we don't got the stylist we booked for. The stylist we got was ok.

I usually love everything about cookie cutters but the lady who cut my sons hair this time did not do a good job. I used the picture of his last haircut from there as a reference for how to cut it and it looks so choppy and uneven. Very unhappy with a place that I usually find comfort in.

MY APPOITMENT WAS 11.30, AND ARRIVE 11.28, THE LADY THAT WE HAD THE APPOITMENT WAS JUST RECEIVEN ANOTHER COSTUMER, SO WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 15 MIN. FRONT DESK LADY WAS NO VERY NICE. SHE SJUST SAID THAT MY SUN WAS NEXT AND WE HAD TO WAIT

This location continues to have a huge opportunity with their customer service. They need to go back to the basics with smiling, facial expressions, & general kind manners. I don’t personally love the renovation additions (screen & playset), but kids seem to enjoy. Everything is more enjoyable when you’re receiving top notch service. Better visit from last time but I think a focus in this area would make a huge difference.

The stylists were double booked today and clearly very stressed. We arrived right on time for our appointment, but had to wait fifteen minutes to be helped, while a customer that arrived after us was helped before us. When the salon has such a strict late policy and will turn customers away for being late, they should respect the customer's time just as much. Stylists should never be double booked, that is unacceptable for them and the customers. We had great service by our stylist, but I was not impressed with the way we were made to wait and the response I received when I asked why we hadn't been helped yet.

Loved our stylist. Samantha was wonderful. The manager or whoever was at the front desk was not friendly, inviting or helpful. We scheduled online for a first haircut and received a confirmation email. When we arrived they had no record. I showed the email, I was at the right location c about 5 minutes early and the front desk person was just so not helpful…almost seemingly like it was my fault Cookie Cutters scheduling either glitched or she didn’t see it. She was like, “well I think we can fit you in.” No, I scheduled I have the confirmation, I'm supposed to be here. She was not friendly or welcoming, which is the opposite of what I think you would want at a kids hair place. It made me very nervous for my child’s first haircut experience. However, Samantha who cut my child’s hair (also who my online confirmation said I would be working with) was great. She was sweet and kind and honestly, she would be the sole reason I go back. So I am hoping you keep her for a while. She talked but didn’t if my child didn’t want to talk, she explained everything that she was doing and just had an all around good demeanor. Someone like Samantha is who needs to be working the front. Also, the chairs/cars don’t seem overly clean. I can see where it would be difficult to clean. But there was stray hair in all of them, everywhere. I think like a little keyboard air powered cleaner would work wonders.
