The stylist was very nice! She did her best to help me entertain my son while getting his haircut and also let me put my daughter in a chair next to him so she could have fun too. However, the hospitality at the front desk left much to be desired. They seemed very displeased and honestly kind of snotty that I had mixed up our appointment dates. They acted as if I was causing the biggest inconvenience of their entire day. It was a very stressful time for me and my husband because we were walking into uncharted territory with getting our sons very first haircut. They could have been a tad more cordial and understanding of the frenzy I was in at the moment. But prices are fair and I would most likely recommend to friends. I just hope the attitude problem gets resolved.

There was one stylist who was unmasked and coughing, looking like she wasn’t feeling well. I thought stylists were required to wear masks. We won’t be returning if they aren’t. Luckily, our stylist was wearing a mask and she agreed to cut both children’s hair. She was great. The other lady almost made me leave without getting either kid’s hair cut.

Tracie was very nice. The lady at the front desk left a lot to be desired. Was not at all friendly and couldn’t hardly hear her. She acted like she didn’t care about the guests that were there in the store. Could have definitely been more nicer to the guests.

We love coming here and we love our son’s stylist. However, the past 2 appointments we have arrived early/on time. Every time, she has had another client still in her chair 20-30 mins after our appointment time until we finally get seen. What is the point of making an appointment, be there on time, just to have to sit and wait for over 20 mins for a child’s haircut. We would love to continue coming here, but if it stays at this rate, there is no point in coming. And this last visit the salon was not busy at all, it was us and 2 other people in there.

The haircut turned out nice. No complaints at all about that. There was a lot of hair down in the chair, so my daughter came home with someone else's hair clippings all over her clothes. The TV next to us was extremely loud, even though no one was sitting in it, so my daughter couldn't hear her TV. The person who cut her hair (she didn't introduce herself so I have no idea what her name was) was polite and kind but didn't seem very happy to be there. For the price, I'd rather just take her to a regular salon next time.

Store opened 8 minutes late and then the stylists weren't ready. 3 walk-ins were waiting outside at 9:30. First cut wasn't started until 9:42. Stylists spent lots of time on the computer throughout the appointments, helping the receptionist. Fairly frustrating to not walk out the door until 10:30 when we were there at 9:30. We'll never do walk-in again... Haircuts were good. Also, I've always felt that the chairs just aren't clean enough. And my boys have been covered in hair the last few times that we've left.
