The service was great! Our stylist was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We had no wait for our appointment time and everything was efficient. My only complaint is that the facilities could be cleaner. We were the first appointment of the day, the second kid through the door, yet the car "chair" was pretty dirty and the little play area was COVERED in hair clippings. The people are fantastic but I had to sweep other kids' hair off my kid when we left.

Lincoln's haircut turned out ok, so I'm not entirely upset. However, I am confused about the appointment. We made an appointment with Megan but got Cache. I made the appointment but my wife took in Lincoln for the cut so she didn't know. Anyway, we have gotten a poor haircut from Cache before so we were trying to politely avoid her. I hope to continue to avoid her services so I want to make sure the named appointments work.
