They do a great job with kids cuts, especially young ones who may not be thrilled about having their hair cut. But my last visit, the stylist just seemed to be rushing through to get it done. She just asked about the basic length I wanted and went to work. After she was finished, she didn't even check to see if I was happy with the cut. Paying $16.95 for a 10 minute job is a bit much.

Saturday is pretty crowded for Voice of America Cookie Cutters, but it felt like it was more so than usual. If I would have known that it would be that busy in the morning, I would have definitely scheduled during the week when kids are in school. The kids hairdressers were very sweet and nice, and did a great job cutting their hair. However, there was one hairdresser (didn't cut my kids hair) that I noticed who was talking to customers longer than usual, which was odd since they were so busy. The two young ladies at reception were for the most part sweet, however, I wasn't quite sure whether or not I had checked in my youngest, so I asked twice because I was a bit scatter-brained at that point (my youngest wasn't very cooperative while we were waiting), and on the second time I asked, the young lady did not appear to appreciate that and was unpleasantly curt. I understand that maybe I shouldn't have asked twice, however, I also feel that the response could have been better. I did apologize afterwards, in case I "annoyed" her.

They called me 1 hour before both of my kids appointments to tell me they could only fit in one kid because they thought it was one appointment. Then we show up and they can take both my kids, but neither kid had who I scheduled with

The employees were not rude, but they were also not friendly...kind of grumbly, not really smiling. We were also taken late for our appointment. It seemed as though a later appointment and/or a walk-in was taken before us, even though we arrived early. I of course understand that some things might take longer than expected, and we are patient, but this particular time it seemed to be due to a mistake or not giving priority to the appointment schedule.

I was emailed a coupon that I was unable to use, I didn't know that West Chester was a store that didn't take coupons. I now realize at the bottom it said that coupons may be not be able to be redeemed at all stores. It's frustrating.
