I am usually happy with my experience. This round was a little different. I had trouble with a gift card that took awhile to resolve. There were 2 girls working reception that didn’t seem to care to help me other than to tell me to pay the amount shown. 1 of the receptionists was sitting on a stool with their feet up on the counter, which seems a little unsanitary in a salon environment. The other receptionist just sat there and stared when I asked her for help. They both definitely lacked any customer service skills. It took one of the stylists stepping in and taking over to get my matter resolved.

The cashier who cashed my order was extremly rude and was very unhelpful. She wanted to answer no questions and when she did she would snap at me. The hairdressers are always amazing, but this exact cashier is always very rude towards me.

The haircut was on my 21 month old little boy. It turned out great, but I was not pleased with the lady that did it (I don’t remember her name). My child does not like to sit still, let alone be buckled into the seats, she kept stopping and just watching the TV instead of trying to get finished with his cut. Also when trying to explain what I wanted done, she wouldn’t even look at me while I was trying to explain. Everything other time we have been into this location the service was excellent and the stylists were great with my son, and getting done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The girl at the front desk however, we very sweet!

Service is always great, stylists are very patient with the kids and friendly. New renovations look great.. I wish they would take some time throughout the day to sweep up the hair in the store though. My child went down the slide once before his appointment and was covered in hair. I looked and there was hair all over the play area and also wods of hair on the rugs. Just not appealing and gives a bad impression of cleanliness for the store.

The older blonde receptionist was not friendly AT all. She was short with my husband when we came in 8 minutes late and he had apologized, she just came out and said Yeah your late. They weren't even ready for us anyway. Then when I went to check out we had a credit from the manager from our last visit when our child saw the clippers for the first time he freaked out she clipped him like 2x and said its fine it happens all the time its no big deal. Just reschedule. So I told her that and she just rolled her eyes at me staring at the computer so maybe I had misunderstood something I'm not sure. I'm not sure what her issue is but she is definitely in the wrong place with that type of behavior and attitude to customers. Maybe it was the inconvenience of speaking to me or maybe because my husband owns his own shop and he was in his work clothing, maybe it was me. Just don't appreciate that kind of huffing and puffing with eye rolling from what is already expensive visits to begin with.
