When we were at Cookie Cutters yesterday, the only thing good about it was that Tabby cut our son’s hair and she always does an outstanding job! Other than that, the store itself was extremely dirty and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Thankfully it was not our first time going to this location and love Tabby cutting our kids hair, because if it were our first time I’m not certain we would return due to how dirty it was and how it smelled.

His hair looks really choppy and i didn’t realize it u til a few hours later. Not sure if it can be fixed without going way shorter, but I’m not happy with it.

I have come to Cookie Cutters for years. I used the online system to register both my kids for a 3 o'clock appointment. When my son's name was called, another woman said that her child was supposed to get their hair cut before mine. Apparently she signed up her kids up for 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30. They took her 3:00 early, and she claimed that she registered her third child for 3:00 also, but the girl at the register said that it clearly said 3:30. They took my son at 3:00, but they didn't take my daughter until 3:30 and took her daughter before mine. We ended up late to our 4:00 appointment elsewhere. You should either get your computer system fixed, or honor your times for appointments.

Overall I was not satisfied with Jensen’s haircut we told the lady to just trim up his hair and leave the top curls just neaten it up. But she cut off all his curls.

I absolutely love the lady that cut my child’s hair she always does a great job but the girl at the front desk (Laini) probably should find a new job. She looked like she hated every minute of being there. And when I asked her if I could reload my prepaid card she said no and that she didn’t know how to do that and gave it back to me. So I couldn’t get the discounted rate because she just didn’t know how to do it. I would have been a little more understanding if she wasn’t so unbelievably rude about it. She didn’t even apologize. I was just blown away with her attitude.
