As a walk-in, I knew I'd have to wait for our favorite stylist. The woman working the desk was great about letting me know the wait was going to be extra long because of how booked she was and suggested she could get me in faster with a different stylist. We decided to go with someone else, and she did a very nice job, but made me a little nervous with her shaking hand in combination with her quick scissor cuts around my child's face, and her repeated "don't move, okay?", even though my child was basically motionless... Again, the haircut turned out fine, it was just a little nerve-wracking for a first experience with a new stylist.

The location has recently been under renovation and seems mostly complete, however there are still large and heavy objects sitting around surrounded only by caution tape. This seems like a major hazard. Our stylist was wonderful with my kids and did an excellent job on both haircuts. She asked for my input and made sure I was happy with the service. It was my daughter's first cut and she made it a special experience.

My kids' stylist is awesome, as always. Some of the front desk staff could have been friendlier.

I wish the facility would be cleaner. The Combs and brushes look over used. The chairs are old. Hair everywhere. I wish it was a cleaner facility. I like the staff though I would wish they could be a little bit more friendly

Have always received a good haircut for my daughter but I must say the cleanliness is subpar there is hair everywhere I understand it is a hair salon but there are three employees and only two kids getting hair cuts and three stations unused that had hair all over them. I would have gladly waited a minute or so to have someone take the proper measures to clean up after other children’s hair cuts.
