Theresa is very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. The stylists are all amazing but she is not pleasant at all.

Was kinda hard to rate on your system. I have never been given professional advise and as for the way we were treated kinda cold actually you get checked in and told to sit until they call you kinda makes you feel like you’re disrupting her I like bringing my grandson here. He likes the way they cut his hair but I cannot say this is a top of the notch place for friendliness also I see that you are supposed to get loyalty points and I have none. I have been here 3 times. Not sure why

I called and booked my appointment with a specific stylist but that stylist did not perform my services and I was not informed (ahead of time or day of) that she would be unable to.

Although we were seen at our appointment time, the staff was rushed and perhaps overworked. I expected more smiles and joy at a place that caters to children.
