I’ve been to cookie cutters 3 times including today. The last time I was there the hairdresser was sloppy and slow and I debated on not coming back. But my son loves the Spider-Man car and will sit still long enough to get his haircut. I’m glad I did! Misty was kind, professional, throughout and FAST! I’ve found our hairdresser for my son. The only “complaint“ I have was upon checking out, there were no balloons but the receptionist was kind enough to fill one for us when asked.

Haircut was great. Ronda always does a great job. She is the only reason we go there. There was a new receptionist working there tonight who we had never seen before. Needless to say she was very odd & seemed very judgmental towards us. Even when we were cashing out she was not friendly & very short. We much prefer the other receptionist.

Don’t schedule people that are supposed to work, when you know they won’t show. 2/3 people that were scheduled to be there were no calls, and I was told this is normal. During this time, when you’re only taking appointments, you would think you would only hire people you know are going to show.

The receptionists were not very happy or polite upon check in, they should also be consistent with checking out and asking if clients are a loyalty rewards member. However, our stylist Alysha was wonderful and did so well with my special needs son’s haircut. We will definitely be returning to see Alysha for future haircuts.

The stylist, Summer, was great! She was very sweet to my son and spoke nicely to him. I will ask for her next time we get a haircut

We liked our stylist, just wish she would have talked to Maverick more during his service! For example, warning him before she sprayed water on his head or started with the clippers. He was a little more fidgety this time than normal and I think this would have helped. But his cut looks great and we are very satisified!
