It would be great to upgrade the chairs. Many of them are broken - the steering wheel even came completely off of the car. The batteries are missing and therefore the functions do not work. I would even pay more for the experience if the chairs were upgraded or repaired. I found a new barber chair shaped as a car for $299 on Amazon. Not too bad and it would be a great investment. The only reason I will not tell more friends about this place is because the chairs/equipment really needs some attention. Upgraded just might bring more business and the chair(s) will pay for themselves.

I thought Trisha did a great job. He is usually miserable and slumping during a haircut, but she engaged him in conversation about what he was interested in. Then did a great job with the haircut itself. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was quite upset by the number of children screaming in terror during their haircuts. Perhaps if the child is screaming before they even get in the chair that it should be suggested to try another time. Also the place needs a deep clean and the gumball machine is disgustingly filthy. I can't believe that any parent would let their child get a gumball from it.

We usually see Megan - she is wonderful with my kid and does a great job, always friendly, she is our preferred stylist. Still think $20+ for a 5 min haircut is too high. And now we're told they can no longer do a little hair braid/style for my daughter, it will now be an additional EIGHT dollars. That's more than 30% the cost of the very short haircut itself for a 30 second braid. My daughter loves getting a little braid or something at the end, doesn't matter what it is, and to learn that tiny gesture is now going to cost so much extra...it's a shame. The stylists are so nice, we've been coming for 5 years, it's a shame. I tip MORE because they are nice and do stuff like that for the kids.

Set up is little out dated need renovation Systems and reception is slow in check In and out Misty is awesome I go to her every Time
