clean the play area and the chairs more often. have a receptionist to check people out so the stylists don't have to do it. They are always running late.

The girl my son got was very shakey. I am not sure if she had a medical condition or what was wrong. She cut his hair very well but with very little interaction. I requested upon exit for it to be put in the computer we request Meghan at ever visit. She is so good with my son.

Overall, everyone was friendly even though we were the last appointment before closing on a Saturday. My 2 yr. old son loved crawling through the play area while we waited and he loved the car shaped seat he got to sit in. The cut was decent. Four days after our visit my son came down with a stomach bug - vomiting on and off for a couple of days. My guess is that he picked up germs in the play area there. I saw workers cleaning the haircutting stations and chairs frequently but I wonder how frequently the play area gets cleaned.

The ladies are always friendly and nice. Kids haircuts are great. Only negative feedback is that even though we have appointments set up i always have to wait at least 20 minutes. i will give Cookie Cutters another try but if the wait continues we will have to find another place.

It was very disorganized at front counter but was told that was due to someone walking out, so hopefully they can get everyone up to speed so there is not as much confusion. As usual, Jamie is the best, and only one I trust completely with my child's haircut.

Our son cries every time he gets a haircut. We normally see Megan but she wasn't available when we needed to get him in. Megan does a great job dealing with him and still getting a good cut. The stylist we saw this time did not do very well. He doesn't really look like he got his hair cut and it was quite uneven. We will make sure we get Megan everytime moving forward!
