Very convenient place for kids haircut and super reasonable prices. Jamie is great! I would however say the environment could be elevated a couple notches. It smelled very bad the last time we came in, like a bathroom. The concept with the themed seats and tvs is very cute, it's just a bit on the dirty side and always seems to look like the salon is unfinished in regards to decor. I've done interior design and by nature always look at places through that lense. Cookie Cutters has an opportunity to do some really cool fun things to stylize it's salons for kids but misses the mark in this area and tends to look a bit tacky and dirty. The staff is very pleasant, professional and efficient and we never have to wait long for our appointment.

Overall pleased with haircut and friendliness of staff but did have a 9am appt and was not taken until almost 9:30. It was a busy day, but should not schedule that many appts if there is not adequate staff in the store.

Overall fair experience. The stylist wasn’t overly friendly with my son; she seemed in a rush, disinterested and not the least bit willing to make the haircut fun and calm his nerves. Maybe she was having a bad day but I would love to see a more friendly approach and excitement.

The only think I dont like is that sometimes the ladies are kind of upset or look like that, even if you are smiling as a client is not a response that you like to see in other people face specially if you are trying to be nice and polite. At least in my case I never receive any kind of advise but I love how quick the work with my kids that never like the haircuts! Im just said the bad because is something that happens in my case and Im sure other people had different experience becaise the place is really good for kids!

I got the email about the new protocols due to COVID 19. My appt was at 3 I checked in at 251. I never heard anything back. There were about 3 families just standing outside in the cold and drizzle. I sent his name and time again at 314. Got the message to come to the door. The girl asked all the questions and took our temps. Then told me I had to wait out here until my stylist was ready. I had my 3 year old and my two month old. I think it’s ridiculous to expect people to stay outside non the cold and drizzling rain w their kids because the salon overbooked. There was no way social distancing was happening because it was so packed inside.
