My kids chairs and the ones next to me, where full of hair. It would be nice if they can get at least dust off before the next use.

The place is full of hair, staff don’t clean very well, it is really disgusting. They could use cordless portable vacuum to take off hair from the chairs or discover out any other way to make the place cleaner

We had a great experience with the stylist, but the receptionist left A LOT to be desired. Admittedly, we were running late because we just moved to the area, taking a wrong turn on our way to Cookie Cutters. We did call, and she was rude on the phone. Okay, I get it. I couldn't call sooner since they didn't open until 11am and that was our appt, I called at 11:01a. We got there at 11:06 and they had given our appt away and said we could wait, fine again, I get it. I messed up, but it was the way which she treated and talked to EVERYONE. Like she was better than them, could not be bothered to be there, anything and everything upset her. She wasn't even pleasant upon us leaving, and was busy being rude to a walk-in guest. I loved the hair cut and will go back to support the stylist, but I would definitely work on the warm welcome walking through the door.

The cost is steep for what it is. We come every few months because its the only kid friendly setup within a decent drive. We would definitely come more if the price wasn't so steep, adding in a tip is like going out to eat at a restaurant. I get its for the maintenance of the salon but those little cars could use the upgrades along time ago.

Alysha did a fantastic job! She was so kind to our son and took extra care with this being his first haircut.
