Could be a little cleaner. He loved the airplane he was in but there were chunks of hair stuck all in it. Would have bother me pre Covid as well.

We are always so happy with Jaimie! She is very kind, patient and does a great job with our boys' haircuts. She is so fast too! It's incredible how quickly she can work and still do an amazing job. My only suggestion would be that I wish they would do a better job of cleaning off the little cars that the kids sit in. There is always quite a bit of hair on them from previous clients (even if you are the first appointment in the morning). This is nothing against the stylists or employees at all. Just a suggestion for management that they might consider investing in a more thorough cleaning company (especially at a time when cleanliness and sanitation is so important).

Summer was wonderfully patient and gentle for Norah’s first haircut. She worked around my 18 month old’s curiosity driven squirms and turns. We will be back again.

Cost is higher than would like to pay for a 1 year old but Summer did great with my son and he was so happy & calm during his appointment!

Everything was good with the experience. My only complaint is that we waited 30 minutes despite having an appointment. We did request a stylist, however I wish they would have just asked if we were willing to go with another stylist since we were in a rush.
