Our son has only had three hair cuts. All three of them here at cookie cutters at the Mason Ohio location and all three haircuts have been absolutely awesome. Our son is an absolute terror when it comes to the haircut. He is one year old. He Screams at the top of his lungs, goes into straight panic mode. The poor boy does not like them, but of course, he needs them. Every time the employees have been beyond amazing with him through his whole fit. They’ve not stopped and said no. They have complete patience. They get the cut done. The cut looks amazing. We specifically are now looking for only one stylist to do his hair. Her name is alysha. And she was beyond wonderful with our son today. We do tend to be one of those “hover” parents and not once have we been asked to step back or anything like that. They were completely okay with us being right there almost in the chair with him. I cannot stress enough how much patience these employees have when it comes with kids/babies who just don’t want anything to do with the cut. On top of making the cut look amazing for how much children fidget. I don’t know that I’d ever want to take our son anywhere else. I would travel out of state just to come here to get his hair cut.
