Our hairstylist is always so friendly and tries to get to know my kids each visit. She knows what style we get each time which is wonderful to go right into the appointment without needing to communicate each time what/how we want the style- she just know/looks back at her notes. :)

My kids look forward to playing the game on the floor from the projector. The projector wasn’t working well that day, but the receptionist worked hard and tried to get it running (which she eventually did). :)

Jamie was so kind and patient cutting my 3 year old son’s hair. He has autism and she was so positive & calming plus gave him a great haircut. We really appreciated her!

Our son is a very dramatic one year old. Doesn’t tolerate anyone unless it’s mom. So you know, we cried and threw our tantrum and did not like our chair. But the woman who cut his hair did awesome. She did it quick. It looks amazing. She didn’t get mad that he was crying. She didn’t rush through either. She made sure he looked good before he got out of the chair. It was a great experience even though he wasn’t having it. Thank you so much. We will definitely be making this our barber for him. Cookie cutters in Mason Ohio is definitely underrated. They deserve more credit.

Trisha is amazing! My four year old granddaughter loves having Trisha cut her hair at West Chester Cookie Cutters. She is patient, professional and works so well with children! We love the experience!
