Our favorite stylist is no longer available. She always did a great job. I was not notified that my preferred stylist was not available, nor did I get a say if I was OK with another stylist, or if I had a secondary preferred stylist. The stylist that did do my son’s hair did a good job, but I am concerned that there were a few times she was watching the TV while snipping my son’s hair. The stylist we had today did a fantastic job, and I think she is now my preferred stylist since my other favorite stylist is no longer there.
