The person who cut my sons hair was not very professional. She did not greet us when we arrived and barely spoke to us at all. Instead of talking to my 4 year old about how to move his head and body she moved them for him. She would move him roughly and hardly spoke to him at all. Instead of asking him to look at the TV she would point at the TV and expect him to understand what she wanted. If he didn't understand she would roughly move him wherever she wanted. She did not ask me whether I liked his haircut or not. Only after she started to remove his poncho did I realize she was finished and speak up about things I needed changed. She at one point pulled my 4 year old by his ear to move his head over. My son has a communication disorder and does not understand her gestures. He needs to be spoke to like a person, not jerked around like an animal. She removed his mask without his or my consent in the middle of a pandemic. I was very displeased with our service and will not be returning in the future if things are going to be like this.

Walking in at 5:10 knowing I had five minutes until my sons haircut, I was excited for him to get a nice cut. Then 5:30 rolls around before he gets called back into a chair, not by the person I requested on the app. A little frustrated at this point. Then going with the flow because we were running late, she was cutting his hair with the razors and he kept saying “ow” over and over, obviously it hurt. She never stopped to see what was hurting. Continuing the haircut, she kept making his sit up straight, seemed frustrated with him. Held her hand down on top of his head so he would stop moving. And last I checked, this was a CHILDS haircutting place where they can move freely and the hairdresser would accommodate them. She however, didn’t do so. She continued being so rough with him, didn’t wipe off the hair on his neck or face. We left covered in hair. All to end up paying $16.95 for a crappy haircut that was butchered and just awful.

We had an appointment around 7:00pm close to closing time. I don’t know if they were tired or what but treated us real bad very serious faces zero smiles I would never go back or take my kids there anymore. She was mean to my 2 year old boy because he was crying.

My son got his hair cut and wanted a small fohawk. The lady cut his hair and put gel in it. I had my 10 month old so I was slightly distract. Got home took a bath. Once the gel was out of his hair I noticed how hacked up his hair was. The front was so uneven. The back had 4 spot's that she completely missed to cut. I had to recut his hair. Very disappointed. Will probably never come back.

The lady cutting my sons hair told him if he didn’t sit still he would get a chunk out of his haircut. My son is 3 and the environment was crazy with a lot going on. Completely unprofessional

No fluffy brush or any brush to rub off hair from my kids face.they were using same towel and cape for every customer in covid pandemic.
