Cole had his first haircut today! Megan was amazing! So patient! She trimmed a bit and I asked if we could go shorter which she stated we can always go shorter! I felt like she took her time and trimmed a little at a time to make sure this milestone moment was exactly what I wanted. Megan was fantastic with Cole! She will be the only person to cut his hair in the future! We will definitely recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone and everyone!

I arrived 6 minutes late. When I checked in, the person in the front office, Bella, told me that I might not be seen because of the 5 minute policy. There was another mother behind me with her child-- they were white, unlike me. The front desk asked me to step aside and the family was late (later than me), she automatically told her that she will be seen, without making any eye contact with me. After the other family signed in, then she told me to answer the questions, she never gave me an explanation or looked at me directly. I think she was not very friendly to all, but I don't understand why I had to step aside and let her help the other family that arrived later than me to their appointment that was at the same time than me.

Meghan did a great job with my grandson, he is 3 and never likes getting it done, she has patience with us and seems to find a way to get it done, we lover her :)

I paid for my son to get a cut and shampoo thinking it would be a cool little pampering for him and some one on one attention for him since he just became a big brother and has been doing so well with sharing mom and dads attention. As he was getting his hair cut it felt like the attention was not on him and it felt rushed as if it was her last thing she had to do for the day before she got to go home and just didn’t care anymore about her performance. After getting his hair shampooed she ran the towel through his hair for two seconds and left his hair still wet. Didn’t put a comb through it or try and get any of the hair off of his clothes or neck. I’m honestly really disappointed with the cut, the service, and the experience for my son.

I was very pleased the first time we came here for my son’s haircut second time not so much. I felt the lady was rude and did not have patience to be working with kids. I get kids cry and they can be difficult but she was very rude. I said thank you didn’t say anything back seemed in a hurry I definitely won’t be back.
