The environment seemed very clean and they have things set up for easy social distancing! The staff are always super nice. My daughter loved her Elsa braid and my other daughter loved her fairy hair!

The front desk attendant was very friendly and kind with my child! I was a little confused because I don't believe that we ended up having the same stylist that we scheduled with. Our stylist did do a really good job being patient with my child and helping them but the full experience was missing a little personalization. I believe with the baby's first cut we were supposed to get more than we received but I didn't know how to address this and wish it was more clear. The stylist was great with the ACTUAL cut but beyond that just soso.

Not complaining who did the haircut, but Myranda who asked for help the other lady refused to help her. Nice if the others person who jumped in and helped Myranda. Not happy and satisfied with today’s visit
