Jamie is amazing! Noelle wasn’t too excited to get her haircut but she made Noelle comfortable with the experience. There were no tears no crying she even brushed her hair without any complaints I would recommend Jamie and cookie cutters to anyone! They followed Covid guidelines and as a mother I was happy to see the changes they have made during this pandemic.

Horrible experience. My 2 year old was cut at 4 different places. Stylist should never be allowed near a baby. She was rude, didn’t put any effort in calming our baby, used trimmer meant for adults as hers weren’t charged, asked us to hold our baby’s head down with force while she cut him repeatedly. We were so horrified with the experience that we left without completing the haircut. We come to your stores expecting some specialization in dealing with babies but unfortunately had to go through this horrendous experience.
