She was great. So patient from my son trying to decide what show to watch, to listening to me trying to make sure the cut was just right. She worked with a smile to make sure my son had a great haircut, that I liked it , and that he liked it.

The salon was very busy when we arrived (it was a Saturday, plus we were early) but they seemed to be handling it well, getting people in and out quickly. Jamie did the haircut for our daughter and she did a great job! She worked very well with our daughter and made both my husband and I very comfortable too. She moved quickly but did a really great haircut. We had a great experience with her and will definitely book an appointment with her again in the future.

Stylist jackln was fantastic, she is the reason we will return. place was messy and not very clean. Waited 10 minutes past appt time.

Walking in at 5:10 knowing I had five minutes until my sons haircut, I was excited for him to get a nice cut. Then 5:30 rolls around before he gets called back into a chair, not by the person I requested on the app. A little frustrated at this point. Then going with the flow because we were running late, she was cutting his hair with the razors and he kept saying “ow” over and over, obviously it hurt. She never stopped to see what was hurting. Continuing the haircut, she kept making his sit up straight, seemed frustrated with him. Held her hand down on top of his head so he would stop moving. And last I checked, this was a CHILDS haircutting place where they can move freely and the hairdresser would accommodate them. She however, didn’t do so. She continued being so rough with him, didn’t wipe off the hair on his neck or face. We left covered in hair. All to end up paying $16.95 for a crappy haircut that was butchered and just awful.

We did not have stylist we made appointment with which stinks but not the biggest issue. The stylist Misty was aggressive, held his head down with force and used clippers without permission. This ruined the experience for my child who already is sensitive to haircuts. He has sensory issues with his hair and the stylist was not responsive to his issue. Very frustrating and I am not ok with the level of physicality she had. We came to Cookie cutters in hopes it would be a better experience which it was the first time. Even my 10 year old daughter made the comment asking why she was so “forceful”
