Cori (sp?) is a fantastic stylist. She is kind, bubbly, and efficient and exactly the reason I swing by Cookiecutters every time I'm in Cincy. You can't do any better than her if you want a great haircut and get your kids in and out quickly!

As a walk-in, I knew I'd have to wait for our favorite stylist. The woman working the desk was great about letting me know the wait was going to be extra long because of how booked she was and suggested she could get me in faster with a different stylist. We decided to go with someone else, and she did a very nice job, but made me a little nervous with her shaking hand in combination with her quick scissor cuts around my child's face, and her repeated "don't move, okay?", even though my child was basically motionless... Again, the haircut turned out fine, it was just a little nerve-wracking for a first experience with a new stylist.

I've gone many times and my kids have gotten good haircuts. Today, there was a new stylist that did a terrible job on both my kids. Absolutely terrible. She also had a tremor in her hands, which I don't think is appropriate for cutting little kids hair as it's dangerous. I finally gave up and just let her finish the cuts with them looking so bad we are going to another place to get them fixed. I know we could come back and get them redone there, but the whole thing makes me feel uncomfortable. I do not know the woman's name, but she worked today, 10/7, at 3:30pm and it wasn't Dani, it was the other stylist. Dani does a good job.

I had made an online booking appointment a couple days ago for my son and when I went in for it, they had stated that we in fact did not have an appointment. I'm not sure if it was something with the website or why I didn't receive and email confirmation; but luckily Jamie was able to take us as soon as she could. She's always very friendly and attentive, and we enjoy seeing her. I will be sure to take a screen-shot of the appointment confirmation through the web next time, just in case the system does not accept it for some reason.

We always have a good time at Cookie Cutters in West Chester. Quick, nice haircut for my 4 year old followed by sticker and a lollipop. And, of course the slide and other toys while you wait.

There is always a wait when I go in. It would be helpful if you had more staff to handle the volume. I love the environment and the girls always do a great job. It's just hard for me to wait a long time with little ones. This visit the wait was not very long at all.. There have been multiple times when I wouldn't even go in because the lines were out the door.
