Jamie was great. She asked about our current routine and product and made great recommendations. She reassured me that i was taking care my child’s hair well already. I really liked her and will recommend going further. Recommendation- just a recommendation as this is my second visit and wasn’t aware of this survey. My last haircut was out first haircut. The girl that did it was nice and good with my child however she loaded his hair with product and then cut some of it off and put in the bag. I would just suggest that a small piece be cut off first and then product added or ask the parent. There is so much ‘gunk’ in the hair.. you lose the sentiment for sure as it’s not cut and mostly likely going to mold. Not sure how one would wash it out without losing some.

My son is anything but easy for his haircuts. His stylest was so patient and friendly. I love coming here because I know 1. He will look great even thought it’s always a major struggle with him and 2. He will really enjoy his time getting his haircut when he’s old enough to figure it out.

I wasn’t made aware that the stylist who cut my son’s hair was in training. I asked her to look up the previous stylist’s notes prior to cutting my son’s hair and she didn’t. Also, she was not very gentle with my son when using the clippers and was very shaky while cutting his bangs which made me nervous. I’ve had great experiences in this salon in the past, but this was not the best experience. It was nice that I received a discount because the stylist was in training, but I would have liked to be asked if it was okay that someone in training was going to cut my son’s hair prior to her doing it.

I arrived for my appointment at 9am and the front door was locked. I could see employees and customers inside. After a few seconds of making eye contact with other customers inside, one of the other customers got up and came to the door to let me in after it became apparent that the employees were not going to do anything. When I got inside, I was astonished to see no less than 6 or 7 female employees all standing at the front desk just looking at me. Ready to make lite of the situation since it was sort of funny that no employee made a move to let me in or unlock the door for anyone behind me, I was instead greeted by an unwelcoming “do you have an appointment?” by one of the employees. I said I did and commented that all of these employees were very rude for making no effort to let me in or greet me with any sort of welcoming message. This is my 4th time bringing my son to this location and I’m not sure if I’ll be back. The employees seem to “turn on” when they have a client because they know a tip is at stake but the rest of the time the place feels like the BMV where people are just punching the clock.
