The "front desk" experience was a bit unorganized, the receptionist seemingly frazzled and openly spoke of how she's not feeling well and describing her symptoms. I am a client, not a physician. This verbal interaction was not a professional demeanor, in my opinion, as she's not serving me, the customer, but informing me instead of her health issues. The stylist's attention to detail made up for the receptionist behavior--she was great.

Stylist seemed stressed about cutting the hair of a toddler. Every time he moved his head, she'd grunt ("ugh") in frustration, despite the fact that we explained he did not like scissors by his ears. There were several times we feared she may cut him accidentally, and asked her to stop cutting a particular area. We asked for a trim and haircut was significantly shorter than requested, as well as crooked in the front (bangs). There are areas I'll have to cut myself to clean up the cut, which is disappointing since we choose to bring him to Cookie Cutters to pay for a safer haircut from a trained stylist. The person at the desk also refused to check us out because she had "already clocked out" but continued to remain behind the desk in the work area. Overall a very disappointing visit.

I’ve been to cookie cutters 3 times including today. The last time I was there the hairdresser was sloppy and slow and I debated on not coming back. But my son loves the Spider-Man car and will sit still long enough to get his haircut. I’m glad I did! Misty was kind, professional, throughout and FAST! I’ve found our hairdresser for my son. The only “complaint“ I have was upon checking out, there were no balloons but the receptionist was kind enough to fill one for us when asked.
