The lady that cut my sons hair was rushing because they were busy. She did not take off as much as I requested. She knocked my sons ear and he ended up screaming for most of the cut. I don't think I'll be back

We love Dannie at the West Chester store. She is friendly and does a great job. We have had hair cuts by other employees, but Dannie is the best by far. i love to see her with my kids and chat each time. The kids love the seats, videos and suckers. They haven't had any balloons or cookie cutters for a couple years now at the store, so we miss that part. Overall Dannie keeps us coming back.

Salon was dirty, especially the bathroom. Was told our appt was at 10:45 but when we arrived they had us down at 10:30 and said we were late and would have to wait or come back later. They did accommodate us after I complained, and haircut was good. Overall not a great experience.

We LOVE going to Cookie Cutters to see Miss Dani! My 3.5 yr old even "calls" her on his pretend phone to make his hair appointments! She makes us both feel very comfortable and she works quickly to make my little man even more handsome!

I have taken my son many times here for haircuts, but today's cut by Teresa was not our best experience. She wasn't very friendly to my three year old son, complained about the noise in the salon from the children, and told me that she had to take advil. The haircut was ok, but not the best we've had. I would have hoped that she tried to talk to my son like the other stylists do, it makes him more comfortable and willing to follow directions from her.
