Alysha cut my son's hair! It looks great, was quick and she was super friendly. What I would like to mention though, the girl at the front desk when we came in (I didn't catch her name) had a super bad attitude. When I booked my appt on the app I didn't realize I was getting the last appt of the day. We were about 5 minutes late and she huffed the whole time we checked in and checked out. If she really doesn't want someone coming in during open hours (or the requirement is that they are walking out right at 4:00) perhaps they could either not let someone book a 3:45 appt online (or add a pop-up that it's the last appt of the day). I apologized profusely for being a few minutes late and left (I think) a decent tip for the inconvenience (of showing up during their open hours). Again, the girl that cut our hair was fabulous and super nice...but the one at the desk needs work on her customer service skills.
