My son is almost 2 and this is the only place he had ever had his haircut. The stylist are wonderful! We had an especially wonderful experience today with Aisha. I also have to rave about another stylist working tonight. I am not sure what her name was but she was cutting 2 boys hair who had special needs. I could not get over the time and attention she used to ensure both boys were comfortable and at ease. Being a parent myself I know how thankful the parents of these boys are for knowing someone takes the time and has the patience for making the experience as easy as possible for their children. Great job!

Went in 20 minutes early, still waited 15 min after appt time because one stylist decided to help someone else that came in 15 minutes after us with a later appt! I was livid.

This is the first time I did not book appointments for my kids. When I arrived here, I was told there was an hour wait because only 1 stylist was working and 3 others were "on break." There were at least a dozen kids waiting before mine. We were told the stylists would be back at 1:30, yet 15 minutes later, 9nly 1 stylist remained. Very unprofessional way to run a business. To top it off, we were skipped our place in line. The cuts were great, but the overall experience today was awful. Not going back.
