Loved my son's haircut. We love Alysha as a stylist she is super friendly, great with kids, and knows how to cut hair and give advice really well. I do feel like the chairs and the overall area should be kept a little cleaner. Sometimes the chairs aren't completely wiped down of hair.

Horrible experience today. We usually see Cache at this location but she is on leave. Unfortunately, we were placed with first available 15 minutes after our appointment time. The first lady didn't know the correct measurement for an inch. She argued with me and at that point I just showed her on my daughter's hair how much I wanted taken off. At this point my other daughter was called over to another stylist and I was giving her direction. She was better than the first one but wasn't very friendly st all. I thought all was fine when we left but as my first daughter's hair dried I noticed she had been butchered. The top layer of hair is about a half inch shorter than the rest and it looks terrible. We didn't have time today to run back there to get it fixed so now I need to go back tomorrow. I don't want her to have to go to school looking like this. This place is exetremely inconsistent -it's just luck of the draw unless you request someone you've had before and does a good job. Either way an appointment is useless - you just get placed with the walk ins.

The last that cut my son's hair was wonderful. She was able to give me ideas and let me know what would and would t work for his hair. She tried to keep him as calm as possible. But as we all know, some 2 year olds don't cooperate. She was very patient with us and was trying anything to make my son comfortable. Definitely love coming here!!!

Megan was awesome, gave my little guy a rockin' new cut. I was pretty picky about what I requested...she did exactly what I was hoping for! Happy mom and happy kid!

Jamie does a wonderful job cutting my sons hair. He has autism and can be a bit anxious at times, but Jamie is very professional and works well with him.

Jamie at the Voice of America location in West Chester, OH has been great! We've seen her for all of our son's haircuts and up until this time he has been mostly difficult and she has always been so patient with him. I would absolutely recommend this location and specifically Jamie to everyone and anyone I know!
