The stylist, Summer, was great! She was very sweet to my son and spoke nicely to him. I will ask for her next time we get a haircut

We loved the most recent person we used - She was quick and professional and wore a mask. However, we will sadly have to stop coming to cookie cutters since most of the staff is not masking. Most children that come to this facility are too young to get vaccinated for Covid and we all know that Covid can still spread whether staff is vaccinated or not. As a pediatrician, it is especially disappointing to see a facility that caters to young children have an optional mask policy. We have been coming here for years and unfortunately will not be using this facility for haircuts anymore, and also will not be recommending it to my young patients due to the lack of masking.

The stylist was very calm with my overly excitable 2 year old. She was quick to pull tools away when he was moving around and gauged his comfort level with clippers, instead of insisting it was the only things she could use. My son didn't even really realize he was getting a haircut for most of it.

There was one stylist who was unmasked and coughing, looking like she wasn’t feeling well. I thought stylists were required to wear masks. We won’t be returning if they aren’t. Luckily, our stylist was wearing a mask and she agreed to cut both children’s hair. She was great. The other lady almost made me leave without getting either kid’s hair cut.
