I love the woman who cuts my sons hair! (Megan) she is so patient with my son who HATES haircuts and cries the whole time. Even through the tantrum she still works with him and always makes him look good!

It was a decent experience I guess. I was excited because it was my daughters first hair cut after almost five years old. I really wish I would have just went somewhere else. To the employees it’s obviously no big deal because they do this all day long but to me I was just rubbed the wrong way from the moment that I walked in the door. I arrived on time to my appointment. A woman who came in after me started complaining about the wait being past our appointment times. I was fine with waiting but they let this woman’s child go before my daughter who was scheduled first. I immediately felt like this was done to avoid her complaining anymore which is when I first started regretting my decision to come there. Then the woman who comes to cut my daughters hair never even introduced herself to me or my daughter who was nervous about her first hair cut. So to us the entire time it was just some stranger and an awkward experience as she didn’t even converse with us the entire time besides to ask how much hair to cut off. Then when I went to check out I swipe my card waiting for the girl at the front desk to say something along the lines of my payment went through thanks for coming in have a good day but she said nothing so I stood there for about a minute waiting to get her attention back from whoever she was talking to. I finally asked if I was good to go and she said well so you want a receipt and I stated i didn’t. Then she turned away and didn’t say another word to me and we left. I honestly the entire time i was there felt like a burden for even being my daughter in to get a hair cut. It’s been bothering me so much I have even told my friends and husband about it. Overall I am a very understanding customer and laid back but this entire experience rubbed me the wrong way and It will be my first and last time ever going there.

Scheduled my appointment online for 11:30, got a confirmation for 11:30 and when I got there the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment and then said it showed for 11:45. I had to wait longer and I showed her my confirmation on my phone and she couldn’t explain to me how her system showed another time. They messed up and instead of apologizing the women behind the desk(Theresa) was very rude and even had an attitude towards me when I checked out. It’s definitely not worth the overall experience to drive all the way out there if I can go anywhere to get my some hair cut. He enjoys the cars to sit it but if that’s how your treated for their mess up then I’ll choose service elsewhere! Definitely don’t recommend if the person at the counter can’t even be nice and apologetic towards an issue that happened on their end!

The lady that cut my son's hair was nice, however he left out with tons of hair on him. She said there's a lint roller up front. Wow so much hair all over the place. This location is very dated... Needs a remodel. The lady that checked us in wasn't friendly. My first time was I'd rate a 4 hopefully next time it may be different.

Could be a little cleaner. He loved the airplane he was in but there were chunks of hair stuck all in it. Would have bother me pre Covid as well.
