We couldn't get an appointment with Alysha even though we have called up in the morning at 10 Am. Got an appointment for 3 PM, When we went there we saw lot of ppl who were coming as a walk in. We have told specifically not to assign Misty due to a bad experience few years ago, They hardly bothered about our request and Misty was assigned as the stylist. You had to request her multiple times to get a decent haircut, She doesn't seem to be much interested or tired to do the kids haircut. Eventually, we gave up and went to front desk and told that we were not happy with kids haircut. Jamie came to the rescue and tried her Best to fix the kids haircut, It would have been better if we would have got Jamie, Alysha or Summer in the first instance itself. I wish front desk was little empathetic and listened to our requests rather than ignoring them and assigning random stylists based on their convenience. They told that they are going to give me a discount for what has happened, But in the end while billing they didn't include the discount as I was using the prepaid card. We were tired of the experience today and just left the place.

Salon was filthy and smelled absolutely awful. The front desk staff was rude and looked miserable. The stylist was 15 min late. My daughters cut was uneven and so bad we had to pull it into a ponytail. I’ll need to go to a real salon and pay again to get it fixed. I’ll never come back and will tell all of my mom friends to stay away. We drove 40 min to get there. What a waste of time and gas.

I requested a simple trim for my child and to have swoopy bangs. She essentially gave him a bowl cut and I had to request it to be fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and made it worse. The front of his hair is uneven and looks terrible. I’ve had good experiences before with Summer but sadly we didn’t have her today. The person we had looked incredibly disheveled and did not seem to know how to properly cut hair. Ms. Vicky was a savior in the experience to calm my son down. Our stylist did nothing and seemed annoyed. Very disappointed and we won’t be back even though we have 3 prepaid cuts already. Terrible experience today.

We came in a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience for our 8 month olds first haircut. Our stylist was kind with him and made him feel very comfortable. I came in today for round 2. We had a different stylist. She was rough with my baby and did not make him feel comfortable. She barely talked to either of us. In addition she had extremely inappropriately long acrylic nails that were painful to my child and I’m sure harbored a lot of bacteria. I’m not against acrylic nails (I used to have them myself) but when you are cutting Children’s hair and very close to their face you shouldn’t have nails like that. I was very off out by this second experience
