Overall it was ok. The girl didn't hardly spoke to me or Jaxon Al all. It can be very rush rush, would like if they slowed down just a little to make it more personal.

Not complaining who did the haircut, but Myranda who asked for help the other lady refused to help her. Nice if the others person who jumped in and helped Myranda. Not happy and satisfied with today’s visit

Cookie cutters is always my choice of place for my kids hair cut. But this time I wasn't that satisfied. She was patient enough and was hurrying . Looks like she is quite new and it wasnt satisfying experience this time. Even with the hair cut service

We love cookie cutters and most of the stylists that have cut our sons hair. However, he has had 2 haircuts with Misty and she is not patient with younger kiddos. Our son is 2-3 years old and his most recent hair cut with misty, I had to trim his bangs after getting him home because she left them completely lopsided. I have no other complaints about cookie cutters, other than that. If she can’t be patient to work with younger and smaller kiddos she should probably leave them for the other stylists. I’m going to start asking for any stylist but misty.
