Our stylist was amazing, she did a great job and was very sweet to my son. My biggest complaint was I made an online appointment but ended up sitting waiting for 20 minutes. I didn’t specify a stylist, I rarely ever do, but people came in after us and sat before us. Very frustrating with two young kids in a chaotic environment. Again, our stylist was awesome! We would be more than happy to see her again, but the waiting was incredibly frustrating especially when I wasn’t entirely sure why since I saw two stylists standing and talking by the shampoo area.
