Tonisha cut my 2 year old daughter's hair and the cut is not even at all. She has long straight hair and was being fairly cooperative but the stylist cut the back shorter than the sides. When I asked her to straighten it more she just did the back again and asked my daughter to stand up in the seat, then stand on the ground. But didn't actually try to cut the sides any more, she just said it will look different depending on how her hair is laying. I got her home and gave her a bath and her hair was clearly longer on the sides and the back wasn't even straight. I could have done it better myself at home, honestly.

Please ensure the stability of your monitor stand. My child came close to knocking the monitor onto herself while reaching for candy, but luckily she wasn't injured. I've learned that this isn't the first time this has happened due to the unsecured stand. Please take steps to childproof it.

I had appointment with a request for said stylist through the app. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told no, I did not request a person. I showed them proof in an email sent from them and they said they would try. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes past the appointment time with 2 little kids. Several people after me had come and gone before my appointment. Great stylist but as always horrible front desk experience. Don't promise something to lure people in if you can't keep your promise and don't treat people like they lied to you.

We were the first appointment of the day and my child’s chair still had trimmings from haircuts from the day before in it - The salon was definitely not properly cleaned from the day before. I was disappointed to find out that the birthday coupon is only valid for 30 days. Your haircut prices have skyrocketed over the last 12-18 months and you don’t do any promotions throughout the year. It would be much more customer friendly if your one promotion lasted longer than 30 days. We have a couple girls that we really like and who do well with my child but I am tempted to look elsewhere for my kids in the future particularly due to the lack of cleanliness we experienced today.
